Christ Church held their annual Sports
Day on Monday 4th July 2011. It was a
lovely sunny day and the children
thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks to
everyone who took part .Please take a

Junior Schools Sports Association Athletics
Championship.
On
Saturday 18th June, Christ Church
Ainsworth took part in the annual BJSSA
Athletics Championship at the Market
Street Running Track.
The weather was kind to us and we had
some excellent performances, especially
from our field events athletes.
We won 3 Golds, 2 Silvers and 2 Bronzes.
Overall we finished 3rd.

Bury Junior
Schools Sports Association - Cross Country
Tuesday 22nd
March saw the final Bury Junior Schools Cross
Country race at Bury Church High School. After 4
races our boys' team finished second overall
with Ryan Williams picking up another individual
silver medal to add to his collection. Well
done, Boys!
There was a
special race on Tuesday for Year 3 and 4
children in which 11 year 3's took part, with 5
finishing in the first 20.
A very big well
done to all of the children who took part.

Christ Church Ainsworth took part in the annual
BJSSA Athletics Championship at the Market
Street running track. The weather was kind to us
and we looked magnificent in our new track
suits.
